Merry Christmas to the best family and friends around!

Sunday morning our pastor asked “If you were going to send your infant son somewhere, where would you send him?”. God sent His only son to a manger for a lowly birth, to a poor family in Nazareth. As I pondered this I was amazed at His awesome power, yet His humility, and of His great love for us!

Another year has gone by and another baby has been added to the enots clan. Emilie Grace was born on July 27th. The labor was very short (less than 1 hour of serious labor) and she arrived healthy and with no complications. Emilie is a very content, laidback baby. God knew we needed that!

Other highlights of the year included travels to Maryland, Michigan, Wisconsin and Kansas for weddings and a visit from Nathan’s parents and brother in the spring and Nathan’s mom again in the fall. During the fall visit we all went to the Northwoods in upper Michigan for the Labor Day weekend and had a wonderful time. We appreciate our families so much, they are a huge support in raising our children to love the Lord, not to mention they are a lot of fun!

Our home, job, etc. have not changed since last year. Things are definitely busier with three little girls around! A fun project this fall has been turning the guest bedroom into the two oldest girl’s room. It is finally finished and you can see pictures on our website.

Abianne started doing a little bit of preschool work this year in a workbook, it is her highlight of the day. She is learning letters and their sounds quickly and is a lot of fun to teach. Aubrie has an amazing vocabulary for being not quite two and is always surprising us with what she says. She comes up with up to 8 word sentences, can count to 10, and knows all the words to many songs.

Some of our favorite kid quotes of the year are –
Abianne – “Emilie is a girl, but she has a boy head.
Abianne -Singing Trust and Obey “…Keep your dress down, obey
Aubrie - Singing I May Never March In The Infantry “…I may never fly o’er the Emilie
Mom - “Are you adorable?” Aubrie - “No, I’m one
Mom - “What did Mrs. Rees read to you?” Aubrie – “About a crocilator!
Our kids sure keep us laughing, and praying!

We hope you have a blessed 2006!

With Love,
