Introducing Natasha Rose!
Natasha was born Monday, April 16th at 2:15 am. She weighs 9lb. 2oz. and is 21 inches long. She arrived exactly 2 weeks after her due date and boy was mommy glad to have her finally here!
God blessed us with a very calm, easy and uncomplicated birth. Labor started slowly around 6:30pm and didn't change much so the midwife, Christy's mom, a good friend Anna Smith and Christy had a fun late night party. After awhile they all decided to get some rest waiting for the "real" labor to start. Around 1:30am Christy started to have some stronger contractions and 45 minutes later Natasha was with us!
She has dark hair just like the other girls did when they were born. So far she has been a very quiet baby. Abianne and Aubrie were thrilled to meet her, they are excited to have a real live "doll" to help mother. Emilie was less than thrilled. She wasn't too happy about this new baby around and wanted Grandma to hold her, didn't even want to come to mommy or daddy! She is getting used to it now and held the baby this morning and wants to touch her head.
